Full-Service Pest Management
We are a full service pest control company, we treat for all of the regular structural pests, but we go a step further by offering a range of services. We can arrange preparation of a unit for various treatments, junk removal, solving structural issues and exterior control of your building. Our goal is to leave you with not just just recommendations, but solutions. You can chose to use our services to solve the issue or administer your own team, but we want to make sure any concerns we bring to you aren't left without our detailed plan for resolution. We have found that property managers appreciate this approach because it is less work for them to do. There is no need to find a contractor to mitigate an issue they just dictate to them, all issues are resolved with the trained eye of a pest control technician with the intention of pest containment.
Pest-Proof Unit Sealing
Something we are very proud of at Pest Free Canada is our approach to sealing a unit from pests entering or exiting a unit due to holes or gaps. If these issues are addressed before a treatment is performed we have much more control of the unit and can eliminate pest activity without it spreading to other units. This new approach to pest management is changing the way people look at a building as a whole, now we can treat each unit individually rather than having it spread throughout. This service can be used preventatively or as a supplementary service to existing pest control programs, to solve the issue of pests travelling within walls of your building.
Integrated Pest Management
Spraying chemicals is only a small part of pest control in our opinion. It is not always effective when there is another issue present. Our goal is to address those underlying issues and solve them, then we can move on to chemical applications. This makes our treatments are much more successful and cost effective. The underlying issues could be unit overcrowding, sanitation issues, structural concerns or more.
